Principle:

Another main function of mixing is to disperse the material and increase the contact area with the high-speed hot air coming in under the hopper. Therefore, the hopper is easy to operate A fluidized bed with strong heat and mass transfer is formed in the hopper zone, and most of the moisture is dried in the hopper zone. With the drying process, the light and fine dry materials are obviously affected by the air flow, rise together with the air flow and further dry, and then come out from the top of the drying tower and enter the material collection system.

Suitable materials:

This machine is especially suitable for processing wet materials with large moisture content in paste form, and materials that cannot be dried by other air flow drying methods. It is suitable for filter cake, paste, products with certain viscosity, and products requiring powder as finished products.
