Taian drying service process:

1. Pre sales:

Establish customer files, get in touch with customers, introduce the technology and equipment of our factory, understand the needs of customers, recommend corresponding equipment, implement test materials and relevant technical preparation, and improve technical parameters.

2. On sale:

Provide users with relevant drawings and technical data, coordinate the installation and construction of users' equipment, and inform users of production speed and quality. Ensure that the user's engineering progress is synchronized with the equipment manufacturing. Deal with emergencies and keep good communication with users.

3. After sales:

① Send personnel to the user to guide the installation, and be responsible for debugging until delivery.

② Responsible for the operation and maintenance skills training of relevant users.

③ Provide spare parts with high quality and good price for a long time.

④ The warranty period of the equipment is one year. If the equipment is damaged due to the quality of the equipment within one year after the acceptance, it shall be repaired free of charge. If the fault is caused by improper operation, the cost will be charged, and the 48 hour service maintenance will be implemented.
