Product introduction:
High speed centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in liquid forming and drying industry. It is suitable for producing powdery and granular solid products from suspension emulsion, solution, emulsion and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product meet the exact standard, spray dryer is an ideal drying process.

1, the spray drying speed is fast, the material liquid atomization, the surface area increases greatly, in the contact with hot air, instantly can evaporate 95%-98% water, the drying time only takes several seconds, is specially suitable for the heat sensitive material dry.
2. The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility. The higher the purity, the better the quality.
3. The production process of spray dryer is simplified and operation control is convenient. The liquid with 40-60% wet content (up to 90% of special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, there is no need to crush and screen, which reduces the production process and improves the product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is convenient for control and management.
Working principle:
Spray drying machine is open type circulation, and flow type, centrifugal atomization. The air in the drying medium is filtered through a primary and medium efficiency air filter, and then pumped by a blower according to the operation instructions, then heated by a heater, and enters the spray drying main tower through the hot air distributor of the high efficiency filter. According to the operation instructions, the liquid material passes through the peristaltic pump and enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal nozzle. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is dispersed into small droplets. In the spray drying main tower, small droplets are fully contacted with the hot air, and after being heat exchanged along their specific paths, they are dried into products, then separated by cyclone separator, solid materials are collected, and the gas medium is filtered and then discharged. The whole spray system is easy to clean and has no dead angle, which is in line with GMP requirements.
Application range:
Chemical products: polyaluminum chloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalysts, silica, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyst, various waste liquid, etc.
Foods: amino acids, vitamins, egg powder, bone meal, condiment, protein, milk powder, pig blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea, glucose, potassium sorbate, pectin, flavors, vegetables, yeast, starch, etc.
Ceramics: alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium titanate, ceramic clay, various ferrite and metal oxides, etc
Main points:
1. The contact between hot air and droplet: when a sufficient amount of hot gas flows into the spray drying chamber, the direction and angle of the hot air must be taken into consideration, whether it is parallel flow, counterflow or mixed flow, so as to ensure sufficient contact with the droplet before sufficient heat exchange can be carried out.
2, atomization: atomizing system of spray dryer must ensure that droplet size is evenly distributed, which is very important. Because only in this way can we ensure the qualified rate of product quality.
3. Design of pipe angle and cone angle: We obtained some experience data from nearly 1000 spray drying units, which can be shared with you.
