Detailed description
Principle:
The material enters the machine from the feed port. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is discharged through the exhaust outlet after being dedusted by the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.

The vibration source is driven by vibration electric machine, which has the advantages of stable operation, convenient maintenance, low noise, long service life and convenient maintenance.
It has high thermal efficiency and can save more than 30% energy than general drying device. The bed temperature distribution is uniform, no local overheating phenomenon, uniform fluidization and no dead corner phenomenon.
It has good adjustability and wide adaptability. The thickness of material layer, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude can be changed uniformly, which can realize stepless adjustment.
It has little damage to the surface of materials, and can be used for drying fragile materials; when the particles of materials are irregular, the working effect will not be affected.
The fully enclosed structure can effectively prevent air fork infection between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
When it is used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple sets can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials: polyacrylamide, etc.).
