Product overview:

GZL series dry roller granulator is used dry extrusion technology to compress powder materials with water content less than 10% into pieces, and then through crushing, whole grain and screening process, the block material of the sheet becomes the granular material meeting the requirements of use. Dry roller granulation mainly depends on external pressure, which makes the particles forced to pass through two relatively rotating roller clearance, and compress into pieces or various balls. In the rolling process, the actual density of the material can be increased by 1.5-3 times, so as to achieve certain strength requirements.

working principle:

Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, compressed by degassing and screw top and transported to the arc groove of two rolls. The two rollers rotate at equal speed and reverse direction, and the material is bitten into the groove and forced compression is carried out. The pressure of the material after passing through the compression zone is gradually reduced. The surface tension and gravity make it naturally detached, and then it enters the crusher and the whole granulator for crushing and finishing, and then into vibration The moving screen is screened, and the qualified products are sent to the finished product bin or directly packed through the conveyor. The particles under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material bin again through the feeding device for secondary rolling. The size of extrusion pressure can be adjusted by hydraulic system according to the needs of particle strength. Through the groove form of modified roller surface, the material such as sheet, strip, olive, pillow shape and so on can be obtained.

technological process:

Dry powder is transported into the raw material bin of bucket elevator by screw conveyor, belt conveyor or manual transportation. The raw material powder is sent to vibration transition bin by bucket elevator, and the material is uniformly sent to the frequency conversion vertical spiral feeder by quantitative feeding device, and the material is degassed and pre compressed. The pre compressed material is pressed into the middle of two relatively rotating rollers for pressure production, and is pressed by the bucket elevator The compacted strip material automatically decayed and then enters the crusher, which is broken into particles of uneven size, and then enters the whole granulator for dressing. The finished particles are extruded into the sieve separator through the sieve plate with mesh holes. The finished particles are directly wrapped half through the screening or into the bucket elevator and sent to the finished product bin. The screened powder materials are returned to bucket lifting through the feeding device Lift the raw material bin and compact again to complete a closed cycle.
