Product introduction

Disc continuous dryer is a kind of conduction continuous drying equipment. Its special structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, good operating environment, etc. it is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries. It is well received in various industries. At present, the company produces three types of atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum, including 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000, a (carbon steel), B (stainless steel evenly distributed in the material contacting part) and C (on the basis of B, the steam pipeline, main shaft and support are made of stainless steel, and the cylinder and cap are lined with stainless steel). Three kinds of materials, drying area of 4 ~ 180m2, a total of hundreds of models of series products, and can provide three kinds of auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.

working principle

The wet material is continuously added to the drying plate on the upper layer of the dryer from the feeder, and the rake arm with rake blade rotates to make the rake arm rotate to make the rake blade continuously turn over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential helix. The material on the small drying plate is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. On the large drying plate, the material moves inward and falls into the following layer of small drying plate from the middle blanking port. The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down, and the materials can flow through the whole dryer continuously. The hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and exports from the other end. The dried material falls to the bottom layer of the shell from the latter drying plate, and then is transferred to the discharge outlet by the rake blade. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture outlet on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet on the top cover. The dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packed. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag type dust collector, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary equipment, the drying production capacity can be improved, the paste and heat sensitive materials can be dried, the solvent can be easily recovered, and the pyrolysis and reaction operation can be carried out.




Performance characteristics

(1) It is easy to control and has strong applicability

By adjusting the thickness of material layer, the rotation speed of main shaft, the number of rake arm, the type and size of rake blade, the drying process is optimized.

Each layer of drying plate can be heated or cooled by hot medium or cold medium separately. The material temperature is controlled accurately and easily.

The residence time of materials can be adjusted accurately.

The flow direction of material is single, no backmixing phenomenon, even drying, stable quality, no need to mix again.

(2) The operation is simple and easy

The operation of the dryer is very simple.

After the feeding is stopped, the material in the dryer can be drained quickly by the scraper blade.

Through the mirror of the special large inspection door, the inside of the equipment can be cleaned and observed carefully.

(3) Low energy consumption

The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the power required by the material conveying system is small, and the power consumption is low.

Drying by heat conduction has high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.

(4) Good operating environment, recyclable solvent, dust emission meet the requirements

Atmospheric type: due to the low air velocity in the equipment and the low humidity distribution in the equipment, it is difficult for the dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the tail gas discharged from the top outlet almost contains no dust.

Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, it can easily recover the organic solvent in the wet gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, nitrogen can be used as the wet carrier gas for closed-circuit circulation to ensure safe operation. It is especially suitable for drying inflammable, explosive and toxic materials.

Vacuum type: disc dryer operated under vacuum, especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

(5) It is easy to install and occupies a small area

The dryer is delivered and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted in place, so the installation and positioning are very easy.

Because of the layout of drying tray and vertical installation, the drying area is large and the floor area is small.

Technical characteristics

(1) Drying pan

Design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, up to 1.6Mpa.

High pressure: generally ≤ 0.4MPa, up to 1.6Mpa.

Heating medium: when the temperature of steam, hot water, heat transfer oil and drying plate is 100 ℃, hot water is used for heating; when the temperature is 100 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, saturated steam or superheated steam of ≤ 0.4MPa is used for heating; when the temperature is 150 ℃ ~ 320 ℃, heat transfer oil is used for heating; when the temperature is > 320 ℃, electricity, heat transfer oil and molten salt can be used for heating.

(2) Material transfer system

Spindle speed: 1 ~ 10 rpm, electromagnetic or variable frequency stepless speed regulation.

Rake arm: there are 2-8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying plate.

Rake blade: it is hinged on the rake arm, and can keep contact with the disk floating up and down.

Rolling: for materials that are easy to agglomerate and need to be crushed, adding rolling at appropriate position can enhance heat transfer and drying process.

(3) There are three types of shell: normal pressure, airtight and vacuum

Atmospheric pressure type: cylinder or octaprism type, with integral and split structures. The main pipes of heating medium inlet and outlet can be inside or outside the shell.

Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5kpa internal pressure, heating medium inlet and outlet of the main pipe can be in the shell, can also be outside the shell.

It is designed to be 0.1MPa in the main shell and 0.1MPa in the inlet and outlet.

(4) Air heater

It is generally used in the case of large evaporation to enhance the drying efficiency.
