Product introduction
CT-C series hot air circulation oven is equipped with low noise and high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is fully closed, so that the thermal efficiency of the oven is increased from 3-7% of the traditional drying room to 35-45% at present, and the high thermal efficiency can reach 50%. The successful design of CT-C hot air circulation oven makes the hot air circulation oven in China reach the advanced level at home and abroad. It saves a lot of energy for our country and improves the economic benefits of enterprises. In 1990, the industry standard was issued by the State Administration of medicine, and the unified model was rxh.
The heating sources include steam, electricity, far infrared and electricity steam for users to choose;
Service temperature: steam heating 50 ~ 140oC, high 150oC;
Power consumption, far infrared temperature 50 ~ 350oC;
Automatic control system and computer control system are available for users to choose;
The common steam pressure is 0.02-0.8mpa (0.2-8kg / m2);
Equipped with electric heating, 15kw according to type I, practical 5-8kw / h;
Special requirements shall be explained when ordering;
The price of non-standard oven is negotiable;
If the service temperature is higher than 140oC or lower than 60oC, it should be indicated when ordering;
The size of drying car and drying plate is uniform and interchangeable;
Drying plate size: 460 × 640 × 45 (mm).
Performance characteristics
