Detailed description
The so-called vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dried materials under vacuum conditions. If the vacuum pump is used for pumping and humidifying, the drying rate will be accelerated.
Note: if the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if SK series water ring vacuum pump is used, the condenser is not needed to save energy investment.

The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Therefore, for a certain amount of heat transfer, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
The heat source of evaporation operation can be low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
The evaporator has less heat loss.
Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and there is no impurity in the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP.
It belongs to static vacuum dryer, so the shape of dry material will not be damaged.
