Detailed description
Application:
It can meet the drying and mass continuous production of root, stem, leaf, strip, block, flake, large particle and other vegetable materials, and can retain the nutritional components and color of products to a large extent.
Typical drying materials are: garlic, pumpkin, carrot, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onion, apple, etc.

The drying area, air pressure, air volume, drying temperature and mesh belt speed can be adjusted to meet the characteristics and quality requirements of vegetables.
According to the different characteristics of vegetables, different process water flow and necessary auxiliary equipment can be added.
Principle:
The vegetable dehydration dryer consists of feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger and dehumidification fan.
When the dryer is working, the cold air is heated through the heat exchanger, and the scientific and reasonable circulation mode is adopted to make the hot air flow through the dried materials on the bed surface for uniform heat and mass exchange. The hot air flow in each unit of the machine body circulates under the action of the circulation fan, and then the air with low temperature and high humidity is discharged, so as to smoothly complete the whole drying process.

The feeding table, intermediate table and discharge table of mesh belt dryer with unified specifications in the above table are used in series to ensure the production process requirements of dehydration and drying of vegetables, significantly improve the output and effectively ensure the product quality.
