Pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to produce high vacuum through vacuum generator to transport materials. It does not need mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, elimination of static electricity and meeting GMP requirements. The high vacuum produced by the vacuum generator eliminates the stratification phenomenon of the transported materials and ensures the homogeneity of the components of the mixed materials. It is a kind of automatic feeding equipment for tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulator, packaging machine, pulverizer, vibrating screen, etc.

When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator will generate negative pressure to form a vacuum air flow, and the material is sucked into the suction nozzle to form a material air flow, which reaches the hopper of the feeder through the suction pipe. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is filled into the bin, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the bin door will automatically open, and the material will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back blowing valve. When the time is up or the level sensor sends out the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.
