Detailed description
purpose
This equipment is mainly used for the concentration and evaporation of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, light industry and other industries, and can be used for the distillation and recovery of organic solvents such as alcohol.
Structural features
The equipment has five specification series (see the main technical parameter table), all of which are made of stainless steel, with compact mechanism, beautiful type, clean and durable. It mainly includes six parts: concentration tank, condenser, gas-liquid separator, second condenser and cooler liquid receiving tank. The concentration tank is of jacket structure, the condenser is of tubular type, and the cooler is of serpentine type
working principle
The material can be pumped into the concentration tank by gravity or vacuum, heated by steam through the jacket, and the feeding height should reach the center of the tank. The rising steam is controlled by the condenser. According to the different material tanks, the industrial solvent (such as alcohol) is obtained in the liquid receiving tank after passing through the second condenser and cooler. The equipment can be produced under normal pressure or reduced pressure, intermittently or continuously. When continuous production and continuous feeding, the feed pipe should be equipped with flowmeter. In the process of continuous decompression production, it is necessary to make the tank return to normal pressure before discharging.
