Detailed description
working principle:
The powder material is quantitatively added into the main material hopper of the rolling sheet by the vibrating feeding hopper through the transverse screw feeder, so as to keep constant particles in the main material hopper of the rolling sheet. Then the powder material is pre compressed by the longitudinal cone screw in the main material of the rolling sheet and transported to the arc notch of the two rollers. The semi flat circular arc groove or rhombic groove with the same shape is evenly distributed on the surface of the two rollers, and the powder is transported through the arc notch of a pair of gears Meshing transmission makes the two rollers rotate in the opposite direction at the same speed, biting the material conveyed by the cone screw to the slot into the slot and compressing it instantaneously. After compression, as the pressure gradually decreases, the material falls off from the slot under the action of its elastic force and gravity, and enters the crushing system. Then it is screened and graded according to the user's particle size requirements to obtain uniform granular products meeting the quality requirements The powder under the screen is returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
