The belt dryer is aimed at the characteristics of high moisture content, large viscosity, long span of drying wet content, small material fineness and light weight of pigment. Our company has developed a belt dryer for pigment, which mainly solves the requirements of continuous operation of pigment with high moisture content, and can make wet materials dry continuously from feed to discharge in belt dryer. The paper uses the molding extruder to solve the problem of granulation of wet material of filter cake. It can be evenly laid on the net belt after the shaping of the filter cake extrusion strip, so as to increase the air permeability to facilitate the drying of the pigment. Application: it is suitable for drying paste and paste materials such as pigment and dye after preformed.
