Principle:

After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the hole plate of the hopper. In the working room, the fluidization is formed by stirring and negative pressure, the water is evaporated quickly and taken away with the exhaust gas, and the material is dried quickly.

Application:

● screw extrusion, swing and wet high speed mixing to produce particles.

● drying of wet particles and powder materials in medicine, food, feed, chemical industry and other fields.

Large particle, small piece, viscous block granular material.

● materials with volume change during drying of konjac and polyacrylamide.

characteristic:

● the fluidized bed is circular structure to avoid dead angle.

● hopper shall be set with stirring to avoid agglomeration of wet materials and formation of trench flow during drying.

● the tipping and unloading material is used, which is convenient, quick and complete, and the automatic feeding and unloading system can also be designed according to the requirements.

● closed negative pressure operation, gas filtered. It is an ideal equipment which meets the requirements of GMP.

● the drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time of each batch is generally 20-30 minutes.
