XSG series rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment successfully developed by our factory on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign technology. The machine has the advantages of innovative technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide application range, large production capacity, good product quality and high efficiency. Drying, crushing and screening are completed in one time in one equipment to eliminate environmental pollution, and the performance of the whole machine reaches the technical level.
Principle:
The hot air from the bottom of the dryer enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber at an appropriate spouting speed through the inlet pipe, which produces strong shearing, blowing floating and rotating effects on the materials. As a result, the materials are centrifuged, sheared, collided and rubbed and are divided into particles, which enhances the mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are broken by the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and lifted by the rotating air flow, and further dried in the rising process. Due to the gas-solid two-phase rotating flow, the inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase, the relative velocity of solid-gas two-phase is larger, and the mass and heat transfer between two-phase is strengthened, so the production intensity of the machine is high.

Special cooling device is set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high temperature area at the bottom.
Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device can effectively extend the service life of the transmission part.
The special air distributor reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the treated air volume of the dryer.
The drying chamber is equipped with grading ring and swirl plate, and the fineness and final moisture of materials can be adjusted. (for example, the final water content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤ 0.1%)
Compared with other drying methods, it can effectively increase the specific gravity of materials.
High circumferential gas velocity and short residence time of materials in the drying chamber can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the wall and deterioration of heat sensitive materials, so as to achieve rapid, small equipment and large-scale production.
Suitable materials:
Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Organic matter: atrazine (pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, fungicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.
Ceramics: kaolin, silica, clay.
Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.
Food: soybean protein, gelled starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch.
